Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
All my pottery is made to order so I do not offer refunds and returns if you simply change your mind. If you are not happy with your order I will do all I can to make things better. Your satisfaction is of the upmost priority . I will offer a replacement if your order arrives damaged in any way. Please email a photo of the damage to chloeashton@talktalk.net.
This is very rare though as I take much care in wrapping and packing your pottery.
