Buying from me

All pieces are handmade to order. It can take between 2 – 5 working days before your jewellery is dispatched. If you need it by a specific date please contact me before ordering or leave me a note at the checkout.

Your order will come beautifully packaged. I will happily include a message for a gift recipient upon request. If your order is a gift and you would like discreet packaging (unbranded) please let me know.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

For hygiene reasons I am unable to accept returns on earrings.
