Buying from me

When you buy from me you are assured of getting a unique piece of one off artwork. Everything I produce is made with love. We are a busy family home and sadly art is not my day job. Orders will be shipped within 3 days. I will happily take any commissions.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Thank you for supporting a small independent artist! I want you to be delighted with your purchase, so if for any reason you are not satisfied, please review the return policy below:

Returns & Exchanges
Timeframe: If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order.
Conditions: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all original packaging. Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on custom-made or personalized items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Process: To initiate a return, please message me through Folksy with your order details. Once confirmed, you can ship the item back to me.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, I will process a refund (excluding original shipping costs) to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch with me immediately with photos of the item and packaging so I can assist you with a replacement or refund.
