Buying from me

We make all of our products in our family home studio. We are an ethical company and use sustainable materials and practices as much as possible. We don't use single use plastics and eco-friendly packaging is used on all orders.
We aim to process all orders the next working day and ship the morning after that. We will amend the listing or contact you directly if busy periods lead to longer processing times.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

• ISSUES: If there are any issues with your order, please get in touch with us directly at enquiries@kyloecreations.com – we want you to have an excellent customer service!
• RETURNS: If the item is personalised, we do not accept returns. If it is non-personalised, you may return it to us for a full refund within 14 days of receipt, in its unopened, original packaging. We do not cover the return postage fees.
• DELAYS: A full refund or replacement will be granted only if an item is more than 10 working days late (UK) or 20 working days late (International) as we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier, which are outside of our control. Postage times during Christmas and Courier Strikes may be considerably longer than shown.
