Have a browse, and if what you have in mind is not there, drop me a line... I also make bespoke items in your choice of size and colour. Orders depend on the yarn stock so I can give you an estimate on shipping times as I make most of the products on demand to suit your requirements.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
All Knots of Love products are bespoke or made to order especially for the purchaser and are therefore exempt from returns and are therefore non-refundable. Goods are quality checked before being shipped to ensure high standards.
