Hi, I'm Vick Painter and I live in a quiet village in the Staffordshire Moorlands with my husband.

I first started on my crochet journey back in 2020 and quickly became hooked. Inspired by the countryside and the local wildlife - I often crochet amigurumi creatures and flowers turning them into keyrings and brooches.

As a child I fell in love with Enid Blyton's fairy-tale woodland stories, losing myself in those fantasy worlds. I'm also fascinated by miniature portrait paintings and book nook models.

And of course a fun sense of humour inspires me to pick up my yarn and hook every day.
