I decided to open an online shop, to make my creations accessible to anyone in the world. I make and print everything myself, pack it myself, and send it. I'm super hands on and always on my email if you ever need to contact me!
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Items will be shipped as standard airmail and sent as a letter or small package, unless otherwise requested.
I don't provide tracking or insurance however if you wish to upgrade your postage please message me before placing your order and we can arrange accordingly.
Orders placed on a Friday after 4pm or Saturday will be sent the following Monday.
Shipping within Europe can take 3-5 business days.
To the U.S 10 days.
To anywhere else in the world it can potentially take up to 2 weeks or more, depending on the local post.
