I turn old tins into wearable pieces of art!

I started making jewellery a long time ago, at Art College, when I was 16. From there I was accepted onto the BA Metalwork & Jewellery degree course at Sheffield Polytechnic.
Following on from uni, brings the usual stuff like marriage, children, divorce, various jobs and illness.
Now, 40 years on, I’ve gone full circle and dusted off my old tools!
My home and studio is a narrowboat on a beautiful stretch of the river Thames in Surrey. I live there with my black and white cat, Rocky! I feel blessed.
I am inspired by Art Nouveau, Art Deco and the nature that surrounds me.
I love to recycle decorative old tins by turning them into unique pieces of jewellery, often incorporating silver wire to really make them sparkle!
