Buying from me

~ UK customers should expect to receive their items within a week of purchasing.

~ International orders, please allow up to 6 weeks for your item(s) to arrive, please note they maybe customs fees to pay, this is the buyers responsibility.

~ If buyers wish to return items this will be at their own expense, unless the product is faulty or damaged. All returns must be posted within 14 days of purchase.

~ Most orders will be fulfilled and posted within 1-3 Business days.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
