“Eco-friendly jewellery, style with a purpose.”
My love for designing started at a young age, whilst some said I should have had my head in a book reading, instead I held a pencil in my hand doodling. Over the years my passion grew, as did my desire to want to share my creations. Some would say its a gift, others a natural talent but for me its a passion that has been inspired by the beauty of where I live and the return of being able to create a special something.
Where I live, is known as an old Roman walled city, the Rows 2-level, Tudor-style half-timber buildings, a beautiful Cathedral and a Roman amphitheatre. To me I'm lucky to know it as home, to be surrounded by its beauty, grace, style, purpose and originality which has inspired my creations.
My desire is to bring a new wave of design using Eco-friendly methods, that are timeless pieces and represent all the qualities of where they are created, right from the heart of Chester. Most importantly, doing so in a way that protects our environment, protects the quality of product and style so we can continue to enjoy the beauty of both environment and jewellery.
Credentials, Methods and Working Environment
I am an independent jewellery designer, with a BA (Hons) degree in Applied Arts (specialising in Jewellery) and a Masters Degree in Art practice.
Working from home, I design and handcraft jewellery using, traditional skills and new techniques.
My jewellery is handmade from recycled materials, from certified, sustainable outlets, using Eco-silver and ethically sourced gemstones.
