    The quality on the website does not do this justice. It's such a smashing present and can be customised to make it uniquely very personal. I really love this, and the quote at the bottom is the icing on the cake. Thanks so much for communicating so quickly and getting it to me on a tight timescale. X

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Custom items are non-returnable, the draft is always approved by the customer prior to print and shipping
