Pastel Animal Portrait Artist

I'm a Dorset-based artist specialising in animal portraits. I work in mixed media, using charcoal, pastel and coloured pencil to create detailed, hand-drawn artwork.

I enjoy capturing the individual character and personality of each animal, whether it's a beloved pet or wildlife. My aim is to create artwork that not only looks like the subject but also reflects what makes them unique.

I work with professional-quality materials, including Faber-Castell Polychromos coloured pencils, Faber-Castell Pitt Pastel Pencils, Caran d'Ache pencils, charcoal and soft pastels. I also use linseed oil to blend and build rich layers, helping to achieve depth, texture and fine detail in every piece.
