You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations must be made within 48 hours of placing the order. We feel sure that you will be happy with your order, but in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied then a full refund will be given on receipt of the returned order in its original condition within 14 days of purchase. Unfortunately due to the handmade nature of Simply Lovely products we will only refund or make replacements if there has been an error on our part.
