Buying from me
My handknit items for babies use mainly natural yarns - I particularly like to use soft and smooth merino wools which are machine washable, and I enjoy choosing colours. Each item is individually made, so sizes vary slightly (as do babies!) therefore I give the actual measurements as well as an age guide.
If you live near me in Whitstable, Kent, I can usually arrange delivery or collection from a central point in the town. Let me know, and I will refund the cost of postage and packing.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
