Buying from me

I dispatch orders within 1-3 working days via Royal Mail tracked.

Orders in the UK usually take 3-5 working days to be delivered and are tracked. We still have postal delays in the UK so please be patient and get in touch with me if you have any issues! Royal Mail won’t investigate until two weeks has past. Please allow up to 2 weeks for arrival after posting.

Normally, international orders are delivered within 2 weeks. They can (but rarely) take up to 6 weeks to be delivered.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
