Came quickly and was packaged well, I think however that you need to make clear that it is one heart for this price, I appreciate that the price is low however it should be clearer

Gary couldn't have been more helpful when I ordered a keepsake box for my daughter. He replied to my emails quickly and with lots of information. He went out of his way to accommodate my requests (by making an owl design which wasn't listed on the advert but I requested). I am extremely happy with the box and it will be something for Isabelle to treasure forever.
