Hello.

My name is Jen. I am currently based in a town called East Kilbride on the outskirts of Glasgow, Scotland.

Like most folk, I learned to knit from my grandmother when I was a child, however, I took this more seriously when I was 19 and working as a carer in Aberdeenshire. I assisted an elderly woman who had 1 requisite for her carers, they needed to know how to knit or crochet. From there, I have found a craft that I have loved for 17 years now where many family members and friends have benefited from hats, scarfs and blankets (ranging from baby to lap blankets). Each item I hope becomes a favourite for the intended person.

I put a lot of thought, time and effort into each item to ensure these are the best items I can produce. This ranges from researching the stores I buy my yarn from (I like to shop locally and promote other small businesses), matching the pattern to the colour that I think will enhance it best, blocking my items in sensitive wool wash and ensuring my packaging is eco friendly.
