Crochet is my absolute passion! I'm never happier then when I'm beginning a new project and deciding on the colours and the design.

I learned to crochet from my Mum when I was little. Didn't really have time to pick it up again until I retired. Now, our spare room is chock full of yarn and I'm continually told not to buy any more, until I've used what I have already! I think I'm slightly addicted to crocheting and it's definitely a kind of therapy for me. I just love the feeling of making something beautiful.

The gorgeous Giraffe blanket shown above is by Anke Wintermans. She creates the most stunning patterns and I have made many of her wonderful patterns.
