Buying from me

Every piece is made to order in The Crafty Oak workshop using carefully selected timber. Personalised orders receive an artwork proof before engraving. UK delivery is £2.95 below £99 and free from £99. Non-personalised goods may be returned within 14 days; personalised work cannot normally be returned unless faulty, but I will always do my best to resolve any issue.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
