Detailed lino prints and screen prints celebrating nature and all the things I love

I love all kinds of printmaking and produce all my work at home. Everything is designed by me and hand printed in small editions. My biggest inspiration is nature and I'm always at my happiest out walking or just sitting and observing all those tiny details that make up the world we live in. I love growing plants and flowers and these often provide the reference for my artwork. All the studies I do have meaning to me, sometimes just a memory of a fleeting moment where I saw a particular type of butterfly land on a flower, but all equally important to me. I think that the little details which often go unnoticed are the most important and I hope to capture some of these in my work.
I learnt printmaking at Red Hot Press in Southampton and have enjoyed getting inky ever since.
