“Handmade personalised gifts, made one at a time between hospital shifts”
Hello, I'm Oliver.
I make personalised gifts from a spare room in Wombwell, South Yorkshire — usually in the gaps between shifts. My day job is as a nursing associate, mostly A&E, which is where a lot of this started: I kept wanting to buy leaving gifts and thank-yous for colleagues and never finding anything that felt like it was actually for them. So I started making them instead.
That was April 2026, and it's grown from there. Everything is made by me, one at a time. I sublimation-print tumblers, mugs and keepsakes, laser-engrave wood and glass, and design the artwork myself — including a range of layered bathymetric maps of Yorkshire reservoirs like Langsett and Winscar, which came out of walking round them on days off.
Most of what I make is for the people who don't get enough credit: nurses, teachers, teaching assistants, midwives, new mums, brides and the friends who organise everything. If you want something changing — a name, a colour, a date — just ask. I'd rather get it right than sell you something close enough.
