Colourful fused glass from Norfolk

Hi! I'm Claire and make kiln fused glass in my garden workshop here in Norfolk.

I started off by doing a fused glass jewellery course which I enjoyed and led me to purchasing my kiln. I soon came to realise I can make more than just jewellery and am only limited by my imagination! I have a small kiln at the moment but it is big enough to allow me to make all sorts of things, including plates, dishes, tealight holders, suncatchers and more. I'm inspired by my surroundings as well as other creatives and enjoy having a play, seeing if my ideas will work and delighting when they do, although I have a box of prototypes that haven't quite worked out!

I use Bullseye glass which comes in all colours. For jewellery findings I generally aim to use sterling silver.

I also have done a silversmith course in the past and enjoy making jewellery. Although I haven't made anything for a while it is something I'm hoping to get back to doing.
