Detailed colour illustrations inspired from nature.

Drawing has always been the love of my life, and would always prefer holding a pencil to a paint brush. After going to Art college my path took me on the graphic route, obtaining a degree in Graphic Design. After working as a Freelance illustrator for a few years ,
marriage and children came along ,and I became a full time Mum until I went back to University to study Botanical Illustration. I started working in a plant nursery for plant knowledge and ended up staying in the industry for the next 10 years ! Then the "creative void" took over and I cut my hours to part time to enable me to concentrate on my illustration once again. At the moment I m concentrating on pet portraiture, but am always inspired by nature, whether it s the patterns / shape of a leaf / flower or any kind of animal, be it domestic or wildlife.
I m originally from Wales ,and inspired by all I saw around me living in the countryside. I now live in Stourbridge in Midlands with my partner and dog.
