Buying from me

Each House of Terra piece is handmade to order using natural terracotta clay. Working in small batches allows for a more considered, sustainable approach, avoiding surplus production and ensuring every pot is unique, with natural variations in size and shape.
Orders are carefully packaged using recyclable materials and are typically dispatched 7–14 working days after order. If you have any questions, please feel free to get in touch.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
