HI, this is my first time ordering anything from the Folksy and Im sorry to say I am highly disapponted in your service. My purchase was made and the payment accepted 30 days ago but I am still waiting to receive the parcel. It missed my friend`s birthday anyway so no hurry any longer... Maybe next year.
