I trained as a children's book illustrator but now mainly work as a card designer. I self publish all my own cards, working closely with my wonderful printers. I work very traditionally in watercolour and ink and very rarely use any form of digital manipulation. I work from my lovely home studio on our farm in north Essex where I get lots of inspiration for my work. I have a large garden which I love, a lot of my flower paintings are painted directly from the flowers in my garden. I have 2 dogs and a cat, 2 children and 1 husband!
I'm at my most happiest sitting staring out of my studio window, cup of tea in hand and a fresh bit of paper on my desk.

Bought these as Christmas gifts for four small children aged two to four. They are really lovely and the kids love having them g their own little mugs with their names on. I would definitely buy again.
