Here at When Robins Appear, I handcraft bespoke commemoratives gifts.

Using your loved ones personal clothing, such as Grandpa's favourite cardigan or Mum's favourite nightdress, I custom make a range of gifts for you to cherish. From beautiful bears, blankets, cushions, bags and accessories. Requests are always welcome.

It is a privilege knowing a gift that I have made will bring comfort through lasting memories.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
