Items in my shop are illustrated and handmade by me in Birmingham UK.
I aim to post within 1-2 days of receiving an order.
Greeting cards to the UK are sent by Royal Mail 1st class post.
Earrings to the UK are sent Royal Mail 48 tracked.

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
