I have been a ceramic artist for many years. My love for ceramics was sparked at Junior school where I had my first encounter with the joys of clay. This continued into secondary school where I had an inspirational teacher who introduced me to all the possibilities of the medium and to the inspiring work of many of the revered ceramicists of the 20th century. This spurred me on to do a foundation and then a degree in ceramics at The University of Wales in Cardiff where I was taught by Geoffrey Swindell and Mick Casson famous potters in their own right. I worked for a, number of years for another Potter producing a range of hand built work and developing my style. I have for the last few, years been a full time self employed potter. I make a range of colourful handbuilt ceramics. I work from my home studio with my two lovely lurchers to keep me company. I sell extensively at fairs, a few galleries, artisan markets and on line on Folksy.

My mini cat case is just as described and as it looked in the picture. I was not in the least disappointed. It is beautifully made and I’m delighted with it.
It arrived safely and in good time, having been very well wrapped.
