You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

I don't normally buy fragrance without an opportunity to smell it first, but the description on this sounded so enticing, I'm glad I took a chance. I love the scent and you only need one spray, it's got great lasting power. I went for the smaller bottle but it still arrived beautifully packaged - presented to make you feel special, even if you are just wearing it for a night out rather than a wedding!
