Buying from me
Once an order is placed, send through some images of your bouquet so I can see the style, colours and flowers. I then do a rough sketch on paper, which I transfer to the linen fabric. Choosing the embroidery threads to match the colours of the flowers. The embroidery hoop is backed with felt, and hand dyed bamboo silk ribbon is added to match with the colours. Wrapped, and boxed I will send the order out as soon as possible. Signed for first class delivery.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
