Buying from me
Hi, I make handmade toys such as teddys, dolls and toy animals for a hobby.
I personalise anything, so if you would like a name added to any toy on a t-shirt, scarf or any other part of an outfit please just let me know. I can also make toys to request, so if you have a toy in mind that you would like made, please do not hesitate to contact me.
The main materials that I use, depending on the item, are felt, fur, recycled materials, polyester filling, and when I use toy eyes, noses and joints they are of the safety kind.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
