I design and hand-paint everything at home in Oxfordshire.
I am able to make custom orders - different coloured hair on a bride or groom, for example, and I can even design special orders from scratch (please see my Dinosaur Bride and Groom in the Sold section). Just contact me and I will see what I can do!
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

I ordered a mini bride and groom in a church and Kate, the seller, was unbelievably helpful. She customised my order and kept in touch to let me know the best options. The order arrived quickly even though she had to paint the new figures and I cannot wait to give it to my newly engaged friend. Excellent shop and brilliant seller :) thanks!
