My linocut and woodcut prints are inspired by landscapes and scenery.
The tools and materials I use mainly are lino block and wood block, and I use Japanese and Swiss cutting tools, Schmincke and Cranfield inks, and various papers including Hereford, Snowdon, and Ho Sho paper.
I find printmaking using methods like linocut, woodcut and sometimes etching my preferred way of expressing images, the graphic nature of this medium seems to lend itself to what I try to achieve in making the image.
I also work on a commission basis, please get in touch with images you would like made into a linocut print.
