Buying from me

All my items are hand cut, crafted and fused by me in the beautiful Derbyshire Dales. This means each piece is a unique work of art. Even if I make a set of something there are subtle differences. Please always ask me any questions and custom orders welcomed. Shop items will be shipped within 2-3 days.
Production is as sustainable as possible, no glass is wasted and the kiln is a modern energy efficient model. I also use recycled packaging whem possible. Thank you for your interest.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
