Buying from me

All my products are safety assessed by an independent UK chemist and are dispatched within 3 days of ordering. Soap is cured for 4 weeks to produce a mild, creamy bar rich in natural ingredients. Salves and butters are made to order and all products come in sustainable packaging, wrapped in tissue or recyclable paper. Most of my product range is suitable for vegans. Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

We cannot accept returns of skincare products for hygiene reasons unless it is a packaged bar of soap that remains unopened and in good condition.
We can accept cancellation within 3 hours of your order.
