Buying from me

At Gerty and Sid you can expect high quality knits for your little ones in luxury yarns and materials - you can either purchase from our Folksy shop or message us direct on Instagram @gertyandsid for any enquiries - if ordering a bespoke item from us please allow 2-3 weeks turn around to complete and ship out to you - if buying direct from Folksy we will ship out immediately upon receipt of payment.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
