Buying from me

All my products are designed and handmade by me at my home in Lincolnshire, our notepads are designed in house but professionally printed in the UK. My work has a focus on joy, kindness, and everyday self-care. Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 working days, beautifully packaged and ready to gift. I’m always happy to discuss custom orders, personalisation, or wholesale enquiries where I can — just send me a message and I’ll be glad to help.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
