Buying from me
All my items are hand painted with acrylic paints which are then cured in the oven. Although this makes the items very durable, I recommend hand washing only using a soft cloth.
I aim to ship ready made orders within 2 working days.
I love to do commissions and these normally take 7-10 days, depending on the item but I will always confirm a date you can expect your item to be completed by, when you order a commissioned piece.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
