Buying from me
People often ask how long my wool sculptures take to make - well they take as long as they need! There is also time involved with the inception of an idea and the planning. As the character starts to develop there is a bonding with the creation and this makes it hard to part with them - so please look after them.
A note on reviews - you can't buy a toothbrush now without someone asking for a review, but please if you like my work encourage others to buy - it will keep me in wool!
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
