Fulfilnes is the data controller of your personal information as it relates to this shop.

When you place an order, I receive your name, delivery address and email address from Folksy. These details are used only to process and deliver your order or to respond to any queries related to that order. If you contact me through Folksy, I will receive your username and email address.

The only circumstances in which your data will be shared are for processing your order or complying with legal obligations. Your information will never be used or passed on to third parties for marketing purposes, nor will you be added to any mailing list without your explicit consent. Your data may be shared only in the following situations:

• With Folksy, to comply with shop and platform obligations.

• With delivery companies, to fulfil your order.

• To comply with legal or tax requirements.

Your details are retained only for as long as necessary to process your transaction, and any data collected during that period is stored securely. Personal data related to orders or customer queries is retained for six years, after which it is deleted from my records.

You have the right to know what personal data is held about you, and to request that this data be changed or deleted. You also have the right to raise a concern with the ICO if you believe your data has been handled improperly.
