I sculpt wool into marvellous creations through the art of needle felting.

Hello, I’m a Cornish artist. My main medium i use is wool and i enjoy making sculptures by needle felting the wool. It’s a very painstaking craft but very satisfying. I’ve been commissioned many times to create replicas of peoples dogs. ( often beloved pets that are sadly no longer here) I also create whimsical little pieces too such as mice and rabbits in hates and scarves. I started my needle felting journey in my 40’s by making angels and fairies! I was 1st introduced to needle felted angels through the wonderful Steiner/waldorf setting my son would attend along side being home educated. I adore animals, nature and walking in the woods I often collect natural materials such a s pine cones that i use in my pieces. I’m inspired by story books from my childhood, my own pets, the natural world and wanting to make people smile.
