Bear in a Christmas jumper

Working from my home in Nottingham, I hand craft woodland animals from wool felt. There is a small area of woodland next to my home and I often catch glimpses of the forest creatures that live there. This has inspired me to imagine them in a more playful setting. I always make sure that they are cosily dressed in warm winter clothing.
I have a wide range of animals available, including, foxes, deer, squirrels and badgers, If you can't see what you are looking for, do contact me, I'm keen to expand my range and test my skills!
I cut out the basic felt shapes with scissors and hand stitch the pieces together with embroidery thread. I add details to clothing with stitches and embellish with glass, wooden, or metal beads and buttons. Sometimes braids or ribbons are also included for a final fancy touch. The little friends always look very smart as they go about the forest!
Each friend has a hanging loop attached - they look wonderful suspended among the branches of a Christmas tree.
