I floxcreative am the data-controller of your personal information as it relates to my shop.
When you place an order from me, I will receive your name, delivery address and email address from Folksy. I will only use these details to process and deliver your order, or deal with any queries you have related to that order. If you send me a message using the contact button on Folksy, I will receive your username and email address.
The only circumstances in which I will share your data are in processing your order or complying with the law. I will never use or pass on your information to third parties for marketing purposes or any other purpose, other than the circumstances listed below, or add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent. The circumstances in which I may share your data are:
• With Folksy to comply with my obligations.
• With delivery companies to fulfil your order.
• To comply with legal or tax obligations.
I will only retain your details for as long as necessary in order to process the transaction and I will securely store any data collected during that period. I retain personal data related to orders or customer queries for six years. After this time I will delete your data from my records.
You have the right to know what personal data I hold about you, and to ask for that data to be changed or deleted. You also have the right to complain to the ICO if you believe there is a problem with the way I handle your data.
We're a mother and daughter team, based in Yorkshire and we like a cup of coffee on a Monday and a G&T on a Friday! We also love a good giggle and if you ever see us around you'll probably have heard us before you see us!
We specialise in custom gifts and clothing and we have thousands of designs and products available! If you're ever nearby we have a shop too! We're based in Hoyland, Barnsley opposite the Market!
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
We are happy to accept returns up to 30 days after receipt of item, if you would like to exchange your item for a different colour or size, or to simply return the item please keep tags attached. Postage and packaging will not be refunded, buyer pays for return postage.
If your item is faulty or we have sent you something different to what you have ordered (it happens!) please contact us within 14 days and we will give you a full refund or replacement, on reciept of evidence (photograph or return of item)
CUSTOM/PERSONALISED ITEMS: These items will not be eligible for return or exchange of size, if we have made a mistake please contact us and we'll be happy to sort it out.
PLEASE NOTE: Please check your address, as we cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses. If you do not receive your parcel because of an incorrect spelling or you missed out part of an address please contact us so we can work together on the issue.
