I live in the heart of the Lake District and have been knitting for years. I am a keen walker and needed something to keep my head warm while up on the fell tops. I wanted something to keep my head warm but also to bring a smile and are fun.
I work with natural fibers and find a Wool Alpaca mix is a perfect Fiber and not at all scratchy as sometimes wool can be. It ensure my hats are as Cosy and Warm as possible.
Being in the Lake District my inspiration is Nature and Animals all around.
