I live in beautiful Cornwall with my hubby and my two beautiful dogs. I love working with vegetable-tanned leather. It is tanned using ancient techniques that have been around for thousands of years and use tree barks and plant extracts. Unlike Chromium-tanned leather, which is harmful to people and the environment, it is safe and sustainable. It ages beautifully and develops a unique patina.

I also love working with pure beeswax. My artisan candles are handcrafted in small batches with pure beeswax, cotton wicks and nothing else. They are additive, paraffin and colouring free, so you and your loved ones won’t breathe in any nasties. They emanate a golden light and gentle honey scent. Beeswax candles also produce negative ions when burned, which help neutralize pollutants and dust in the air, improving air quality in your home.

I favour traditional crafts, natural products and a low carbon footprint.
