Buying from me
The items in my shop are all thought up, designed, and made by me. I try to make sure that the highest quality products are used in their creation while keeping costs low. I truly believe that just because something has been handmade doesn't mean it should cost the earth. Attention has been paid to easy care and safety, while an eye is kept on environmental issues. If plastics for example are used it is because there is no alternative or they are being reused.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
