I take Pet portrait commissions and my lead time is 3 to 5 days. My sketchbook doodles can be posted out within 24 hours of receiving your photo's. I will contact you directly should I require a longer lead time or give time frames in each listing as to my availability. Pet portraits are send Tracked 24, doodles by 1st Class (unless otherwise requested. All personalised creations are non refundable.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
