In 2010, while studying photography, I stepped into a jewellery workshop to capture portraits for a project. The intricacy and artistry at the workbenches left an unforgettable impression on me.
Throughout my 20s, my love for silver jewellery grew. I often found myself admiring my bangles and rings, wondering, "How do they make this?"
Though I drifted away from creative industries for a time, working and exploring other pursuits, a lockdown period reignited my passion. I felt the urge to challenge myself again and decided it was time to get my own workbench.
After three years of studying jewellery in Glasgow, I launched Diem Jewellery.
"Diem" is Latin for "day" and is often used in the phrase "carpe diem," meaning "seize the day." When you choose a piece from Diem Jewellery, let it remind you to treasure each day!
