Buying from me
We endeavour to post items within three days after receiving payment. If an item is being made for you we would try to finish this within two weeks and let you know when it is ready before payment. Our garments are made in our home studios. We take pride in all our work. Our items are handmade so sometimes there will be imperfections or irregularities. Please contact us if you would like a pattern made up for you and we can discuss.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
